- The collection is arranged into 4 main groups - the 200, 300 & 400 series, and a Glasgow series. Although David Peat is renouned for his film work around the globe, he had also been quietly snapping away with his beloved Leica, putting the observational skills he had learnt as a film-maker to good use as a street photographer. His skill lay in his ablilty to photograph the subject with a warmth and humour that let him capture the true character of the place and time.
