Description
The postcard features a political cartoon depicting a figure of an anthropomorphic butterfly woman wrapped in a white and black cloth or robe which drapes around her body. The woman is perched on a brown branch with green leaves, her butterfly wings outstretched. The woman's wings are decorated in the Belgian flag. Underneath the woman, written in cursive handwriting, is the word ‘Belgique’ and to the left of the word is a faded blue flower.
