All images pasted down on card. Pages hinged with linen. One loose page with inscription "Sir Edwin Gwen? from Capt. Graeme with Kind Regards. 4 pages of text.

Inscriptions Interior front endpaper, “The estate of Fonthill purchased by Alexander John
Graeme (1795-1884) fourth son of George Graeme of Inchbrakie, Fonthill, is
his nephew Lawrence Anthony Murray Graeme”. Stamp on back interior
board,”withdrawn by The Hay Fleming Trustees, 2/6/77.”
