Description

Red leather bound carte-de-visite and cabinet card album with damaged spine. 48 pages. Several empty pockets. Poor physical condition. Clasp missing. Portraits and family groups, some mounted, paper silhouettes and a printed card featuring George Square, Glasgow. Additional photographs and paper cut silhouettes found at the end of the album filed in a manila envelope annotated “Old photographs of Buchanan side of family. Fergusons? Campbells? Maitland”. These were re-housed in conservation envelope and stored with the album.
