Cobbled square with statue and cannon; dressed stone buildings in classical and baronial style; people, horse and carriages. Clock towers. Street stall in right foreground. Workmen with wheelbarrows, handcarts, pickaxes and spades, working in hole at base of street lamp on left. Area before baronial building fenced off, with hoarding covered with bills.
