The University of St Andrews Library may extend this non-exclusive copyright to other collections, archives, museums, and cultural or educational institutions, in order to facilitate institutional loans or touring exhibitions that include the photographs. It is agreed that all enquires to Special Collections about obtaining permissions for commercial exploitation will be forwarded to the David Peat Estate or agent.
