- The Valentine Art series is composed of over 2500 colour postcards of images from around the whole of the British Isles. The artists were renowned landscape artists of their day often specialising in geographical areas, Valentine would use this local expertise and commission the artist to work on views with in their areas, Many of the individual images are artists' interpretations of Valentine photographic views that the company already sold as postcards.
